Practical and down to earth, we’ll explore a map of how we can move from stuck, repetitive mental states, through joy, calm and clear-seeing, to freedom.

Meditating together in silence. Open to all.

There are guided meditations on our audio page which you can listen to if you prefer a led sit. There is no suggested donation for this session.

Energy in Pursuit of the Good: Vajrapani

Jyotidana is based at the Buddhist Centre in Shrewsbury.

She will be leading the morning on the heroic Bodhisattva Vajrapani, the embodiment of spiritual energy in pursuit of the skilful.

At any moment we can recognise, directly and viscerally, that we are alive and awake. With a settled and embodied awareness, this may open into an intuitive glimpse of what we truly are, beyond concepts.
