​Monday Sangha Nights

Unwind. Reflect. Transform. Join us for meditation and Buddhist teachings you can actually use in real life.

 

In January and February we will be celebrating and exploring the different archetypal forms of the Buddha - their wisdom and imagery.

 

In March and April join us for 'Not About Being Good'.  Learn how to live intentionally and handle challenge in the messy reality of daily life. Based on a modern take on Buddhist ethics, you’ll learn tools to navigate stress, decisions, and relationships with clarity and purpose.  Practical. Applicable. Potentially life-changing.

 

A series of informal sessions based on the book by Subhadramati.  â€‹

COST:  We are running these evenings on a donation basis.  A contribution of £5 - 10 per session is suggested, but this is not a 'wellness business' - WWBG is run by a community of practitioners.  Give what you can - and come anyway.​   You can donate with cash at the session, or online below.
