Saturday Drop Ins: Training
for a Different Life

Step into something different.  No incense haze, no perfect lotus poses—just a morning of real Buddhist practice for people who want to explore the mind with curiosity and a bit of courage.

 

Each month we meditate, and then dive into fresh themes: attention, doubt, energy, habit, compassion in the real world. Expect challenge, insight, and the kind of stillness that doesn’t arrive neatly wrapped—you earn it by showing up.

 

Whether you’re brand new or seasoned, this is a space to experiment, to question, and to discover what meditation and Buddhist tools for change can actually do.

Once a month. Aberystwyth. Drop in. Bring your mind. Leave with it changed.​

COST:  We are running these drop-ins on a donation basis.  A contribution of £10-£20 per session is suggested, but this is not a 'wellness business' - WWBG is run by a community of practitioners.  Give what you can - and come anyway.​   You can donate with cash at the session, or online below.
